DCS021 Omega & Zed System
Designed to provide vertical support for most rainscreen cladding panels, the DCS021 system utilises Omega and Zed extruded rails installed onto a continuous structural substrate. This setup offers direct support through face or adhesive fixing.
DCS031 Helping Hand Downer Framing System
The DCS031 HELPING HAND®, our most popular bracket framing system, excels in providing vertical support for rainscreen cladding panels. Its adjustable brackets and extruded aluminium L & T profiles allow for thermal and structural movement, accommodating varying cavity depths to suit specific project needs. It can also be used as a support to other framing systems such as our DCS004 Mechanical Secret Fix, DCS021 Omega and Zeds for horizontal support or Downer Timber Batten Holders to build an adjustable timber frame.
DCS032 Horizontal System
For projects requiring horizontal support for vertically installed cladding panels, the DCS032 system is ideal. It combines DCS032 Horizontal Adaptors with DCS031 HELPING HAND® brackets and extruded aluminium L & T profiles, accomodating thermal and structural flexibility.
DCS033 Hook-On System
The DCS033 aluminium rainscreen framing system is designed to support metal hook-on cassette cladding panels using a ventilated façade principle. This system, featuring Downer HELPING HAND® brackets and extruded aluminium L & T profiles, provides an adjustable system for your project’s specific needs.
DCS041 Floor Spanning System
The DCS041 floor-to-floor framing system offers vertical support to rainscreen cladding panels, capable of spanning over non-load bearing walls and fixing back-to-floor slabs. DCS041 vertical rails offer direct support to the cladding panels by face or adhesive fixing them. It can also be used as a support to other framing systems such as our DCS004 Mechanical Secret Fix or DCS021 Omega and Zeds for horizontal support.
DCS034 Soffit Framing System
The DCS034 Soffit framing system is designed to support cladding panels in soffit applications using a ventilated façade principle. Featuring DCS034 soffit brackets and extruded aluminium L & T profiles, it provides a solution to meet project-specific thermal and structural requirements.
DCS004 Secret Fix Cladding System
The DCS004 Framing System provides a mechanical secret fix support for most rainscreen cladding panels using a ventilated façade principle. It can be installed onto the DCS031, DCS041, or DCS021 systems, offering design freedom to meet thermal and structural demands and varying cavity depths.
